We have a dedicated helpline that is manned at all times. From this we can be contacted to provide advice to all of those affected. We pride ourselves on providing a telephone service that is not driven by menu systems. All calls are answered directly by a person who understands the situation and can take positive action to provide immediate support and assistance.

Our legal teams work on a nationwide basis. Often clients are happy to communicate by telephone to discuss their situation. However, especially for the more seriously injured, a personal visit is required due to the sensitivity of the situation. This can be requested and arranged within 24-hours. This service is supplied at no cost to our clients.
