The standard setter
We are regulated by The Law Society. The Law Society is the representative body for solicitors in England and Wales. As the standard-setter, The Law Society acts in both a regulatory and representative capacity, to promote solicitors who can demonstrate specialist skills and high standards of practice in relation to working with those who have sustained an injury in a motorcycle accident.
