When to contact us?
Assistance from the moment we are contacted
We can be contacted at any point after a motorcycle accident has occurred. The sooner we are contacted, the more we can help.
In many cases, we are contacted when the injured person is about to be discharged from hospital, or has returned home. At this point we can still assist, but if we had been contacted sooner, we would have been able to work on behalf of the injured person to provide real benefits before they were discharged.
For those still in hospital
If we are contacted when the injured person is still a patient in hospital, we are able to make arrangements for their long-term well-being. For example, we can prepare modifications to housing, supply bespoke adapted vehicles and install assistive technology in their home should this be necessary. We can also arrange additional private rehabilitation sessions for them at the hospital.
The sooner we are contacted the more we can help
In summary, we can be contacted at any time, and will discuss how we can help regardless of the situation. However, the sooner that we are contacted the greater the level of help we can provide.
We can even be contacted if you currently have legal representation. To find out more about this please >Click here...
